Canadian Domestic Shipping
I use a flat shipping rate of $18 for anywhere in Canada through Canada Post, unless you are picking it up in person.
International Shipping
I use a flat shipping rate of $28 for anywhere outside Canada, though specific shipping rates and exceptions may apply
Returns
30 Days to Return
If you aren’t satisfied with a product, returns are available up to 30 days after shipment, so long as it is still in good condition.
Warranty
If the product fails due to a manufacturing error, then you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or repair. If there are changes you want done to a product, I will be happy to make them, even if it means making a new item. Everything sold here is meant to last, but nothing’s indestructible, and using them improperly will void any return depending on circumstances.
